Free: up to 30 different cards per set. Pro: up to 1,000.

Cards update as you type. Long entries shrink to fit their square; a very long single word is split over two lines with a hyphen (up to 40 characters each). The PDF uses a built-in font: emoji and non-Latin scripts print best with Print cards.

This print panel (2 or 4 cards per PDF page, a picture in the free space, cut-out caller cards, saved lists and the holiday party pack) is part of Pro.

How the generator makes unique cards

Every set starts from a short seed, such as the six characters shown after "set" on each printed card. The seed drives a shuffle of your words or numbers, so the same seed always rebuilds exactly the same cards and the same calling order. That is what the share link stores: send it to a co-host and they print an identical set. Each new card is compared with every card already in the set, and repeats are thrown away before you see them.

Uniqueness is easy to keep because the number of possible cards is enormous. A standard 75-ball card, with five numbers per column and a free center, can be filled in 552,446,474,061,128,648,601,600,000 different ways. A 5x5 card made from a 40-word list has about 3.90 × 10³⁴ possible arrangements. Short lists are the only limit: when a list cannot fill a card, the tool tells you how many entries to add.

75-ball, 90-ball or 30-ball?

The three number formats differ in card shape, how many numbers each card holds and how long a game lasts. Game lengths below come from simulated games using the same card generator as the tool: 1,500 per row for 75-ball and 30-ball, and for 90-ball the same 400-game run as the 1-90 number bingo page.

Bingo formats compared
FormatCardNumbers on a cardDifferent cards possibleTypical game
75-ball (US) 5x5 grid, free center 24 numbers in B-I-N-G-O columns (B 1-15, I 16-30, N 31-45, G 46-60, O 61-75) 552,446,474,061,128,648,601,600,000 median 21 calls with 30 cards (one line)
90-ball (UK tickets) 3 rows x 9 columns 15 numbers, five per row; column 1 holds 1-9, column 9 holds 80-90 3,669,688,706,217,187,500 one line after a median of 36 calls, full house after 72 (30 tickets)
30-ball (this generator's 1-30 preset) 3x3 grid, free center (9 squares numbered if you turn the free space off) 8 numbers in three columns (1-10, 11-20, 21-30); 9 without the free center 46,656,000 with the free center; 373,248,000 with 9 numbers and no free space median 4 calls with 20 cards (one line, free center)

Pick 75-ball for American-style games and word bingo (the same 5x5 card works for both), 90-ball for a longer British-style session played in rounds for one line, two lines and a full house, and 30-ball for preschool and early readers who are still learning numbers to 30.

Printing tips

  • Use card stock (around 65-110 lb or 175-300 gsm) if cards will be reused; plain paper is fine with dot markers or pencils.
  • One card per page gives big squares for young children, seniors and low-vision players. Two or four cards per PDF page (a Pro option) save paper for large groups.
  • For word cards with emoji or non-Latin letters, use Print cards: the browser prints every character, while the PDF's built-in font covers Western European text.
  • Print the caller sheet last and tick each call as you read it out; checking a winner's card against the ticked list takes seconds.
  • Laminate a set or slide cards into sheet protectors and play with dry-erase markers to reuse them for years.

How many cards to print for a group

Print one card per player plus about 10% spares. More cards in play make games end sooner, because someone is more likely to complete a line early. In 1,500 simulated 75-ball games where any row, column or diagonal wins:

Calls until the first line, 75-ball with a free center
Cards in playMedian callsFastest 10% of gamesSlowest 10% of games
10 cards 26 18 calls or fewer 34 calls or more
30 cards 21 14 calls or fewer 27 calls or more
100 cards 16 11 calls or fewer 21 calls or more

For a longer game with a big group, play a harder pattern such as four corners plus the center, an X, or a blackout; the winning patterns guide shows how many calls each one usually takes.

Frequently asked questions

Are all bingo cards the same?

No. Every card in a set made here is checked against the others, so no two have the same values in the same squares. A 75-ball card can be filled in 552,446,474,061,128,648,601,600,000 different ways, and a 5x5 word card drawn from a 40-word list has about 3.90 × 10³⁴ possible arrangements, so a whole room can play without two identical cards.

How many bingo cards per person?

One card each is right for children, classrooms and first games; adults who play often like two or three. Print the number of players plus about 10% spares for latecomers and spoiled cards. In our simulation of a 75-ball game, 10 cards produce a line after a median of 26 calls, 30 cards after 21 and 100 cards after 16, so more cards in play also means shorter games.

How do I make bingo cards with numbers?

Choose "Numbers 1-75" for the American game (each column has its own band: B 1-15, I 16-30, N 31-45, G 46-60, O 61-75), "Numbers 1-90" for UK-style tickets, "Numbers 1-30" for young children, or a custom range. Set how many cards you need, then print or download them. The caller sheet lists every number in a shuffled order with a box to tick.

How do I make my own bingo card?

Pick "My own words", paste your list (one entry per line or separated by commas) and give the card a title. A 5x5 card with a free center needs 24 different entries, a 4x4 card 16 and a 3x3 card 9 (8 with a free center); the tool says how many more you need and removes duplicates. Each new shuffle gives a fresh, unique set.

How can I print bingo cards for free?

Use Print cards to send up to 30 unique cards (one per page) and the caller sheet to your printer, or Download PDF to save them as a vector file that prints sharply at any size. No account or e-mail is needed and everything is made in your browser. Pro ($19 one-time) will add 2 or 4 cards per PDF page, up to 1,000 cards in one set and your picture in the free space.
